Thankful for 2023

2023 reaffirmed that the richest parts of life come from the relationships and people who mean the most to you. Ben and I have been incredibly lucky to be surrounded with the most loving, intelligent, supportive, and kind people; and in 2023 and they helped us make some incredible memories.

The richest relationships are those built through the community that we create in bonds forged through respect, trust, and love. And we could not ask for a more wonderful group of people to be surrounded with. While the year held some valleys of deep loss, we are all the more thankful for the people who provided support and love in those times.

2023 has been the year that we renovated the kitchen and finally began building the back yard kitchen of Ben's dreams (no, it's not done haha). We also were able to travel within the US to enjoy experiences that we won't forget (I'm sorry - Eras tour, anyone?!). Even better, many of those trips were made with friends who have become our family - so our memories are rich with shared experiences together. As we head towards the sunset of this year, we are excited about the prospects in the year ahead and grateful for the growth, laughter, and love we've had in 2023.
