The holiday season is great for so many reasons but one of my favorites is sharing fun cocktails with friends. After a recent social media scroll I had an idea for a variation on a White Russian that I am now obsessed with!

This take combines what is great about this classic cocktail and gives it a fun twist!

You will need
  • 1.5 oz of Kahlua

  • 3 oz of vodka

  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

  • 0.5 tbsp milk of choice (I used 2%)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup

  • Chocolate or fresh nutmeg for optional garnish

Directions
  • Add heavy whipping cream, milk, and syrup to a blender and blend on high until you have a fluffy consistency. Set aside

  • Mix vodka and kahlua in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously

  • Pour mixture into a coupe glass because they are fun

  • Pour your cold foam mixture into the glass over the back of a spoon so it floats gently on top

  • Add shaved chocolate or fresh nutmeg to garnish
